We at internpartysystem wouldn't have the amazing opportunity to promote for Stolen Transmission if it weren't for the amazing Sarah Lewitinn aka Ultragrrrl aka our boss. So we decided to try and convey to you, faithful blog readers, Sarah's infinite wisdom about the music industry, DJing, and...executive toilets.

THE POINT SYSTEM

Ok, so I know we have been alluding to you guys getting points for doing things like making an ST profile and things like that. But now we have it all figured out. We love hearing from you guys and are really excited about all of the cool kids who have responded to our ST profile request and to the ones who have gone above and beyond by making us banners (Nina!) and remixes (Sean!). So here is the breakdown of what you will get points for:

- .5 POINTS = FOR COMMENTING PEOPLE WITH THE InPS BANNER (Send us a screencap!)
- 1 POINT = REPOSTING A BULLETIN (Screencap!)
- 1 POINT= HAVING OUR BANNER ON YOUR PAGE (send us a link!)
- 1 POINT = TOP 8 (link!)
- 2 POINTS= ENTER BANNER / TSHIRT DESIGNING CONTEST
- 2 POINTS= FOR EVERY POSTER YOU PUT UP IN A BUSY AREA (Send us a pic!)
- 5 POINTS= JOIN THE ST WEBSITE (send us your link!)
- 10 POINTS= WINNING BANNER/TSHIRT CONTEST
- 15 POINTS= HAND OUT STICKERS AND POSTERS BEFORE SHOW (if you want to do this let us know beforehand so we can send you stuff!!!)

And you can also get special points for doing things for us that aren't listed up there but are just insanely cool. Like Sean who made a remix of an Innerpartysystem song and named it Internpartysystem. That is just too cool.

SO when you do these things you have to prove that you did them obviously. So send your pic, screencap, or link to our EMAIL NOT A MYSPACE MESSAGE because our email is easier to keep track of. It's INTERNPARTYSYSTEM@GMAIL.COM

So what can you get for all of this hard labor?

1,000 points- ST BAND OF YOUR CHOICE WILL COME PLAY ON YOUR COUCH

500-GUESTLIST FOR ST SHOW OF YOUR CHOICE
250- AUTOGRAPHED POSTER/TSHIRT/CD COMBO
200- ST T-SHIRT OF YOUR CHOICE
150- ST CD OF YOUR CHOICE
100- ST POSTER

We are not kidding about these prizes. Of course with certain ones, like the band playing on your couch there are some limitations. Like you would have to wait until they come somewhat close to where you live and if you live in the UK we might not be able to get all of the bands out there and the same with The Horrors coming to the US. Unless you can get 1000 points by the time they come for their US tour in late Jan/ early Feb. But seriously, we are so grateful for anything you do for us and are willing to reward you accordingly.
